Vehicle Listings

Our inventory is updated daily, but a vehicle shown on the site may already be sold or on hold, and every vehicle is subject to prior sale. We work to keep listings accurate, but photos, mileage, equipment, features and other details can contain errors. Please confirm the details that matter to you with our team, and inspect the vehicle and its paperwork before you buy.

Pricing

Listed prices do not include sales tax, title, registration or other government fees. Prices can change without notice. If a price or other detail on the site is clearly an error, we may correct it at any time, we are not required to sell the vehicle at the incorrect price, and we'll let you know as soon as we find it.

Payment Calculators and Estimates

Monthly payments shown on the site and in our payment calculator are estimates for illustration only, based on the inputs you choose and general assumptions. They are not Truth in Lending disclosures, not a financing offer, a credit approval or a quote, and they don't account for your credit, taxes or fees. Your actual rate, payment, finance charge and term are set by the lender and confirmed in your signed loan documents.

Credit Applications

Credit applications are completed on a secure third-party website, and that site's own terms and privacy policy apply there, including how your credit is checked. Applying does not obligate AR Motorsports or any lender to extend credit or offer particular terms; all financing is subject to lender approval. The information you provide on any application must be true and complete.

The federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status or age (provided the applicant has the capacity to contract), because all or part of the applicant's income comes from any public assistance program, or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.

Trade-In and Sell Your Car Quotes

Any value we give you before seeing your vehicle is an estimate, not an offer. Estimates may draw on third-party pricing guides such as Kelley Blue Book, current market data and the information you provide, and they can change as the market moves. A final offer is made only after we inspect the vehicle and review its title and history.

Warranties and the Lemon Law

Descriptions of warranties and protection plans on the site are summaries. The written warranty or service contract you receive controls what is covered. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New York State Used Car Lemon Law or other consumer protection laws.

Availability Requests and Test Drives

Sending a request or picking a test drive time does not reserve a vehicle. A vehicle is held for you only when our team confirms it.

Contacting You

When you submit a form, you agree that AR Motorsports may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide, by phone call, text message or email, to respond to your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of buying any vehicle, product or service.

• You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by calling or emailing us.
• Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of calls or email; ask us if you'd like those to stop too.
• If you'd rather not be called, leave the phone number off or tell us.

Using the Site

Please use the site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy or collect listings, prices or other content using bots, scrapers or other automated means.
• Submit false information, or submit requests in someone else's name.
• Collect personal information about other visitors.
• Try to gain unauthorized access to the site or its servers, or interfere with its operation or security.

Content and Other Websites

The text, photos, videos and logos on this site belong to AR Motorsports or its licensors and may not be reused without permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.

The site links to and uses services from other companies, such as vehicle history reports, maps, review sites, lenders and website analytics. We don't control those sites and services and aren't responsible for their content; your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. A link is not an endorsement.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The website is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't promise it will always be available, secure or free of errors, or that listings, estimates and calculator results are current or reflect the terms available to you. To the extent the law allows, AR Motorsports is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. This section is about the website only; it does not change any warranty or right you have when you buy a vehicle.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you are under 13, please don't submit any information through the site.

Privacy, Governing Law and Changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version with a new "Last updated" date; continuing to use the site after that means you accept the update. If the Spanish version of these terms differs from the English version, the English version controls.
